One of my most breathtaking moments in Malaysia was at the KL tower observation deck. I would say that it is easily the most recognised land mark in Kuala Lumpur. I visited late in the afternoon and stayed till dark…EVERYONE who visits KL needs to go to the tower. I will definitely do it again.
Below is some info and photos of yours truly -》
-} KL tower stands at 421 metres…you can easily see it from all sides of the city and it has the most spectacular view of the KL skyline.
-} The viewing deck is at 276 metres and there is a 360 view of the city. The view was just too breathtaking that I wanted to sit down and cry….I am not sure why it got me all emotional.
-} The tower is located at the Bukit Nanas forest reserve also known as pineapple hill. It is literally in the city centre, easily accessible by taxi or bus from any hotel in the city.
-} I noticed that the tower’s architectural style had a lot of islamic influence. They had similar patterns from the islamic museum of the tiles, Arabic scripts and abstract patterns. All of this blended well with the modern feel.
-} The KL tower is also home to Atmosphere 360 restaurant. I cannot talk much on this other than it looked too posh. Maybe next time I will get a chance to have a glass of water lol.
All in all, no regrets!! I was here and I loved it ???
*** From the tower visit, I realized that I needed to marry an architect…so if you know of any single and sane architects, inbox ASAP ***
Hope you love the photos and I hope to see you in Malaysia next time ?
